STRUCTURE:
The building is constructed of brick blocks with vertical and horizontal trusses. The foundations and superstructure walls are made of reinforced concrete. The partition walls are made of brick or plasterboard, 10 cm thick. The inter-storey ceiling structure is a reinforced concrete slab d = 18 cm. The roof is constructed as a flat impassable roof. Vertical communication is solved by an internal two-flight staircase
FINISHING:
All external walls of heated spaces will be externally thermally insulated with the "ETICS" system with expanded polystyrene (10 cm), with a finishing finish of decorative plaster in light tones.
The internal walls of the heated spaces of the building will be plastered and painted, the plasterboard walls will be smoothed and painted. Room doors made of wood will be installed in the premises. The external carpentry (doors, windows, sliding walls) is made of high-quality PVC profiles, resistant to wind blows. Glazing is IZO glass, with one glass of low emission (Low-E coating). Windows and doors will be protected from the weather by shutters.
INSTALLATIONS:
In the building, water supply, drainage, telephone, electrical and lightning protection installations will be carried out. Heating and cooling is provided by a split-system air conditioner with an inverter.
